Once you’ve purchased your eSIM, there are no additional costs.

Your eSIM includes data only. You cannot make or receive calls, except emergency calls.

Your eSIM plan does not replace your current mobile plan unless you choose to switch your primary service to the eSIM. An eSIM plan can be an additional plan or an alternative option for cellular service on your device. You can have multiple plans active, with the flexibility to switch between them as you need.

Yes, you can use an eSIM, even if you don't have a physical SIM card. eSIM technology allows you to activate cellular service without the need for a physical SIM card.

The installation of your eSIM requires a QR code, as it contains the necessary information for installing the eSIM profile on your device. You can either scan the QR code or activate it manually.

You must activate your eSIM within 120 days of purchase. Once activated, your eSIM profile remains valid for 90 days, independent of your data plan's duration.

The Double Data promotion gives you twice the data on selected Travel eSIM plans and destinations during the summer promotion. Simply purchase an eligible plan, and the total data allowance will already include the additional data.
